Have you ever shown up to an event and had absolutely no idea what was going to take place during the event? Or on the other hand; you plan an event and want to give a souvenir away to the attendee’s?
Your answer…. AN EVENT PROGRAM!
Here at Walker Printing, we specialize in custom programs to fit any event need. We can do anything from a single page event timeline to a 148-page “magazine-styled” book (like pictured). And the process is simple. All you need to do is contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and just give us a brief description of what you need. Then a customer service rep will be in contact with you shortly to get started on the process.
You might ask, well what’s the process to get an event program produced? Glad you asked! It’s so simple. Once the request has been made, we assign a customer service representative to your order. (The CSR will follow your job all the way through the printing process.) Then, depending on what information you provide in the very beginning, the CSR will contact you back with a few questions or with the quote. You will always receive a quote via email according to the information discussed between you and your customer service rep that will need your approval before we proceed to the next step.
Once the pricing has been approved, we move your program into our graphics department. Here we either process a file you’ve supplied us, or we design it for you! You’ll receive a digital proof via email in a PDF format. You’ll look this proof over carefully to make sure it’s JUST how YOU want it. After you have approved your proof, we will then start the printing process! Depending on the project, you will received your printed program within 5-7 business days.
